Super friendly staff!

My room was nice and clean, but the elevator really needed a good scrub. Shoutout to Jessica at the front desk for being so welcoming after my long day! The shuttle service was on point, too. Just wish they had better dining options available.

Had a smooth stay here with a super comfy king room and the fridge was stocked just right. Loved hanging out in the cozy lounge and enjoying the pool to unwind. The only thing was a slight issue with the key card, but it didn’t bother us much. 😄

I really appreciated the convenient proximity to the observation gallery at bwi, which was just a short drive away, and the national electronics museum was even closer, making my city strolls filled with interesting landmarks. the room was clean and comfortable, enhancing my overall stay.

However, the bathroom door wouldn’t close properly, which was quite inconvenient, and the fridge had leftover drinks that weren't cleared out. The location of the hotel is super convenient, close to the airport. Check-in was quick, but I faced some issues with my room. I booked a King Room but ended up with a Queen due to an air conditioning problem in the original room. The staff tried to be accommodating, but it was frustrating having to move all my belongings. The room condition needed attention—there were cleanliness issues, and the bedding had stains. The bathroom door's lock didn’t work well, adding to the inconvenience. Breakfast had decent options, but the eggs were watery. I appreciated the hot food, but it could use more variety. The shuttle service was consistent and efficient, which was a relief after a long journey. Overall, the stay was okay, but I expected a bit more from the experience at this hotel.
